JRPS riding

good trails are hidden beneath the canopy and amongst the kudzu along the banks and cliffs overlooking the James River.

Got out there early yesterday am and had the whole trail to myself albeit one runner...then about 10am it started to get busy. Two loops of Buttermilk and North Trail and I ran out of water.

Footbridge leading to Belle Isl.

<-----look how the kudzu holds up my bike!
(actually there's rock behind there)

Redline d460 1x8....ah, gears are nice sometimes...

Rear tire (WTB Prowler) is quite worn so stopped by Carytown Bike Co. to pick up some new rubber... got a chance to drool and lust over some sweet new bikes in there including a built up Salsa Selma, Salsa Fargo and others like a Raw-finish Intense 5.5 that was pretty hot.

too many bikes, too little time (and money)
