I need a vacation from my vacation....
sometimes a family vacation w/ the whole family can be a little stressful...luckily, I did get out for some road rides while down in Salvo, NC. It's flat, but the headwind can make you feel like you're climbing a mountain, especially when riding a fixed gear.
Another dandy thing about this area is the miles of bike lane....
Hey, it DOES taste better than salt-water!!!
