thanks to some knucklehead(s), a little over 2 acres burned around Lakeview 1 late Friday...
I spent a little bit of my afternoon on Saturday, not riding, but instead creating a temporary detour using the fire-ditch around the still smoldering burn area.
Funny thing about this mess, is that very little of the trail was actually destroyed. The most destructive aspect of it all is the durn fire-ditch. Nature will take care of the charred area.
