It's the greatest most fantastic beer in the universe! Cause I made it! and it doesn't totally suck! (American Amber Ale recipe)
Actually it turned out reasonably good since there are so many things that can go wrong when homebrewing your own beer such as infections, bad fermentation, bottle bombs, etc....
Whilst it may not be THAT great, it's drinkable for sure and I'll have some to share (if you dare).
The next batch will be an Extra Pale Ale, with some slight recipe mods.....
