#3, #2, #1, and Happy New Year!

Happy new year yal!

#3 Mama Little Yella Pils.  Again, another nice chuggable brew from Oskar Blues Brewing (CO).  A simple but complex pilsner, pours clear straw gold yella, and smooth with that classic pilsner hop flavor, unlike the mass produced "pilsners" this one has taste, featuring plenty of Saaz hops, nice. 5.3% abv
#2 Sierra Nevada Torpedo....my all time favorite beer.  A potent IPA, 7% abv with tons of hoppiness to satisfy any hop-head.  Hops are forced fed into the brew by running the beer thru a hop-torpedo that concentrates the hop flavor and bite.  Citrusy and a bit bitter, but oh so refreshing, especially after a big ride.  I try to keep some of these in my fridge at all times.

#1 and finally, the beer of all beers.  Dogfish Head 60min IPA (DE).  What makes this one so special, is that it was shared on an unseasonably warm New Year's Day, handed to me by Mr. Bruce, near the conclusion of a great local ride in the JRPS.
Another IPA, but craftedly brewed, including a customary 60min kettle boil, during which time, loads of hops are added to give it the necessary hop bittering and taste/smell.
6% abv, so not too strong, but enough to help you enjoy the warm sunshine just a bit more on a warm January day.
