Dunkelweizen in progress

Cooking up a little Dunkelweizen for the latest brew.

Dunkelweizen, AKA:
Dunkelhefeweizen, Dunkelkristallweizen, Dark Wheat Ale


Added a little clover honey to the kettle during the boil. Instead of my typical water source (well water from my folk's house), I picked up some Amelia Spring Water, which gives 3% of the sale towards their program to neuter/spay their adoptable animals.

The Dunkel should be around 4% abv, so not too strong. Should be a nice drink after some spring time rides!
